Tickets are still available but the deadline for posting has passed. All requests to go through events@porsche924.co.uk

Folks,

Thanks you for your support with the event. The weather looks great for Saturday and we have a busy day ahead.

Arrival

The gates will open at 10am. The gate attendant will point you to the correct parking area and people will be ushering you to a parking spot. The exception is those of you in 10:20 track slot, who must go straight to the pits.

Turbos

If you are bringing a turbo you will be directed to the turbo parking area outside the club gazebo. Don’t worry if you have track time too, you will be able to move the cars. If you move your car for a track slot please try to park in the same spot again upon return.

Registration

Go to the club gazebo to register your car, check track slots, get your event sticker and sign up for race car passenger rides. You will also be given details about briefings.

Lunch

There will be a lunch break hour that will allow you to take to the track as a passenger in 924 race cars. There will be a small fee for this and you will be reauired to sign a waiver to take part. You must also have attended a briefing.

Briefings

You must attend a briefing to go onto the track, even as a passenger. You will be given a paper wristband to confirm you have attended this.

Extra slots

Extra slots will be available to buy from the club gazebo. Cash is preferable but we may be able to take PayPal too.

Fuel

Make sure you have enough fuel! It is very easy to run out when track driving over several sessions.

Update:

Please keep a note of how far you travelled to the event and let the guys know at the gazebo when you arrive.

We’re going to hold the awards ceremony mid afternoon.

Bolton OPC have kindly donated a very special prize. We will be raffling this off and it will be well worth getting some tickets for!

If you haven’t filled out a club display information card, we’d love you to do so.
