Hello folks. Hope you are all well.

This is a last attempt to save my 76 before it's broken for spares.
For full story find 'Project 76' in the projects section.

May 76 2.0 litre car. With tons of history including original registration docs.
Needs welding to bulkheadfinishing. Engine removed. No windscreen. Engine bay fully stripped for painting
Includes so many new parts. Too many to list but including 4 shocks, service parts, engine mounts etc.

Also will include brand new werk924 dashboard and matching glove box lid, 2m of correct karobraun tartan cloth, enough to recover the front seat inserts. Also includes 5 litres of cellulose paint in the correct match (this car was not originally painted in 2-pack).
These new parts alone cost me not far off the asking price.

As well as all this I will include my spares haul.
To collect you will need a van and a trailer. The engine is out. The car can be winched on the trailer, engine and all spares in the van. I have a lot of stuff. All needs to go.

I want £1100 for the lot. Collect from Ashford Kent. Email is snaggletooth@y mail.com
Phone number is 07709678888. Happy to answer questions and give more details of what's included..
To give you an idea, this car is nothing like as bad as ttpete''s red project but isn't for the faint hearted.

All the best.
Gary

Hope someone saves it, don't think there's another P reg in Britain.

Good luck with it Gary.

An almost unique piece of 924 history at a bargain price. The earliest car in the UK? Someone must have the pockets and bravery for saving it around here? :hope:

Shame it wasn't available for an OPC to catch it and spend silly bucks.

How could this be done as a club project? All dip in ? Could be used to promote the club and members to wider press and media. Used for shows as the OPC restorations. 300 members X £25 = £7500 toward the Resto this year and same again next year? So £15k. There's skill and services in the club so we could restore it to a really high level I believe.

I pledge 1st £25

Finished car could be hired out for further club income. Bagsy first hire @ £50 per day for club members. £100 per day for non club members.
