Hey All

Arun here, long time lurker of this forum, have had an 1986 924s for about 6 months now.

I'm in my mid-20s with limited knowledge of cars so my car's condition is quite average and I'm always quite shy about posting here, saw the event posting today and was really interested in coming to really see what a good condition 924 was in person.

However tickets for the 'Scramble' are sold out on the website but there are still tickets for the Hagerty Valuation at the same venue? I'm assuming I need a ticket for the Scramble and not the Hagerty valuation to be allowed entry? Just wanted to clarify with you guys before I gave up.

Thanks

Arun

Yes Arun, as I understand it the Hagerty valuation is just an activity within the event - so scramble tickets are required to get into the site

There will be other scrambles - the next I believe will be in April, so keep an eye on the events page

Never be afraid to post or join us at an event - if it was all about 'good condition' cars mine would never go anywhere

I may have a spare organisers ticket sent today. If so, you’re welcome to it.

If you have nobody else to give the ticket to to I'd be glad to pay full whack for it in advance, send me a PM and we'll sort something.

Fingers crossed for you Arun, it'd be good to have you join us. As Linda said, we're a friendly bunch - well, the all except me anyway

Assuming no one has had to cancel, it looks like we're on for a turn out of nine cars tomorrow, unless Arun got a ticket from Ed, in which case we'll have ten

For anyone that hasn't been before, when you enter ask one of the marshals to direct you to our club area

My mobile is 07966069956

I'm not going to make it unfortunately, been suffering from some sort of virus since before Xmas, and just beginning to shake it off, decided a day on a freezing cold airfield might be a step too far! Have a good day.
